6 Days and number still not ported - Help Needed

Hello, 

 

Can someone or one of the moderators please help me?

I am trying to port my number from Koodo. I contacted Public Mobile last week Friday (6 days ago) and have not heard back yet. 

 

I have read some posts saying that I can try porting via self serve however I receive the error saying I am not authorized. Even when I try the tip from another post about ticking the "I am authorized" box first, it still doesnt work. 

 

Please help me. Thanks!
