I bought a new phone required a Nano SIM card. So I activated a new SIM card for this phone. Now the 4G data is working, but I can't call out and receive call via this phone. How to solve this problem? I have rebooted for several times, still not working.

HI. Depending on your Handset, You may NOT be able to do Data and Talk + Txt at the same time.
Go into settings and see if you can switch off the 4G LTE and revert to 3G Mode.
That may Solve the issue you're experiencing

If you had a previous ACTIVE account with Public Mobile, you simply had to update your SIM card number in your account.
Why did you create a second account ?
