011 Before Calls appearing on incoming Caller id

I guess here is another one of many so called Beta BS of Public Mobile. There was a thread here yesterday that incoming calls were showing 011 in front of the number there were a bunch of suggestions ultimately blaming it on the phone well that is not the case. We have four PM lines in Vancouver and as of today they are all showing 011 in front of the incoming calls.

@chukdefatey It isn't okay. BETA isn't about excuses, rather it an opportunity for us to fix and improve. And that's exactly what I'm going to do with the information from your post - find out the root cause(s), and work towards a fix.

If you're able to share the account information (private message me / Contact Us if you prefer) of these four accounts we'll look into it.
