Came across this article about Koodos being a victim of a data breach from Feb 2020 and got some data from 2017. Apparently they have a port block process in place to protect those customers.

From what I've read online, this data breach likely involves info about many people who were Koodo customers (at any time) over recent years, not as many people who are "new" or current Koodo customers.
It is alarming that there is a lot of other customer data available for sale online. This specific breach deals with Koodo customer data from August and September 2017.
Keep changing passwords regularly folks!
