Porting of my phone number

I have never experienced anything like this in my life!!!! Have I known I would have not ever chosen to be with Public Mobile. As soon as I have asked to port my number to open phone, I am not able to call or message anyone through the Public mobile service!!!! 

Public mobile has received twice request from open phone and after finally getting phone number to call them and cancel - they requested to receive another porting request, and call them back within 90 minutes to manually cancel!!!

Mind you, I also have to do this through another number as Public mobile number I have, even with roaming turned on, IS NOT WORKING!!!!

What a disappointment with the PUBLIC MOBILE provider!!!!!

Who is Open Phone? Is that from the states? Do they do business here? Do you have a Canadian phone number with them? Is that a voip service? It is known that transferring a voip number could take several days.

But you should be able to call out and text and data in the meantime.
