Tried to port an old number and now its stuck. Cant closed down old service provider because of this. Anyone know how to fix this?

First all, make sure you know all relevant information about your old service carrier's account, especially the account number if it is a wireless carrier.

Be sure to include information such as your phone number, Public Mobile account number, and Public Mobile account PIN so that they can confirm that they are accessing the correct account.
