My internet is not working

usually when it happens to my phone, i check if i am out of wifi range, if u have data go to settings and turn it ON there. if still not working, try to restart your phone by switching power off completely.

Does it show your internet ID on your phone?

If not, reset your wifi and reconnect.

Also power off your modem/router for 10 seconds and power it back on.

Just mobile data has problem?

any trouble with voice?

you ever able to use Mobile data (internet) on this current phone with PM?  did it just stop working or it never works?

please login to My Account using Incognito mode and confirm if there is any data left

Also, make sure you didn't set any data limit on your phone, it could be that you reached the limit and the phone stopped the data

And try reboot your phone once
