Has anyone else filed a complaint with the CCTS regarding the death of the old rewards plan and the forced adoption of the points plan? My bill went from about $13 to $28. Sure I will be able to claim back about $7 month, but will still end up with a bigger bill and have to mess around claiming rewards every few months. What a nuisance. This is the thanks I get for providing numerous referrals and being a client for years and years.
I see this as a tech reno-viction. The landlord (Telus) couldn't get the tenants (subscribers) to voluntarily accept the new higher rents, so they techno-victed us. Perhaps a few thousand complaints to the CCTS will rock the boat??

Not sure where you've been @svsassona56 but this is old news already. Many members did file complaints with the CCTS over it. Not the loss of the Legacy Rewards program but the loss of earned credits. Some got nothing in return, some settled to close their case. 50/50. But you still have to admit that PM is still one of the cheapest providers out there.
