What’s the busiest time of year for the forums ? Or is it always in flux ?

@dust2dust @I will certainly try to do better that way , I put so much and think oh yeah I forgot to say etc …also I noticed myself couple times it send duplicates of my message not sure why

Around the big promos. BF, Xmas, LunarNY. Or when something f's up.

So while I'm here...I notice sometimes you'll reply to a customer and then reply a little after with something else. I wonder that those other replies could be in your initial reply. Not a big deal. Just...couldn't you have said that in your first reply? Or do an edit and say so? But whatever.
