Did you use [Plan and Add-Ons]--> [Change Phone Number] --> [Transfer a wireless or wireline number ] to initiated porting your phone from other carrier to PM yesterday?
If yes, login to your account. Select the [Plan and Add-Ons] tab. Is your ported number showing on that page?
If no, you should use above to port your number to PM.
If you ported your number while setting up your account, it typically switches over quite quickly. Did you input your account number from your old carrier, etc?
