I am having a problem creating a new password.

Are you referring to which type of Public Mobile Account:

  1. SELF SERVE or
  2. Community or
  3. buying/ordering SIM cards or Phones (If this is what you are trying to do, you can  take the "Continue as guest" option, if you do not want to create a new account)

These are all treated as different accounts.

Hi @98 contact the moderators as suggested by @Triguy above.

 

It may take from 1 hr to 2 days (faster response these days) to receive a reply from the moderators.  Keep an eye on the envelope icon on top right for a number to pop up. That would be the moderator’s reply.

 

Moderators are available:

  • Monday to Sunday: 6 AM to 10 PM EST

@98    What have you tried to reset your password?  If the "Forgot your Password" link was unsuccessful, then try messaging moderators by using one of the links already provided. 

 

Also it's always a good idea to clear your cache/cookies and use incognito/privacy mode,

@98 Could you please be more specific at what step you can't change the password? Did you forget your previous one? Do you face some error on the page?
