I have 3 accounts, one for me and two for my kids... I no longer have access to the email addresses used to set up the kids' accounts and want to set up new self server accounts based on their phone numbers... how do I go about changing the email for their accounts?

@Gritch62 selfserve is uses email for 2 things username which you can change by logging in and changing it, and for account contact address which need to be changed by mods as mentioned above.
If you can't login because you don't remember the password then you need help from mods as mentioned above.
If you use Gmail you can create Gmail aliases name+abc and name+1234@gmail.com both ho to name@gmail.com

@Gritch62 You need to ask the moderators to change the email for each account.
To contact Public Mobile click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
Moderators are available: M-F from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time and S-S from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time.
