hi. i just got my sim card today. and i went to the activation page, i put my informaiton and prot my number, picked the plan, but on the last page of the activation(where autopay is) , it said i got some error after i clicked confirm. i choice the 30days autopay plan with province call/international text/3Gigbyte 4GLTE date.
and i didn't got welcome email, cant log into self service.
i insert the sim card to my phone. it shows the public mobile service, but i cant make phone call as it says talk is not in my currently plan.
i don't know what to do now. could someone help me?

Oh no, looks like your sim was partially activated and perhaps on the wrong plan. You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your ph#, sim# and your email address. They will get back to you shortly.
