registering for self-serve account

I'm trying to register for self-serve by using my phone number when I entered the number it told me my number was invalid or I have an account already but both are wrong

To make the transfer you will need one of the following:

●      Old account number

●      ESN, IMEI, MEID number

●      PIN

Plus:

●      Alternate phone number

●      First and last name of the account holder

It may take a few hours for the number to be transferred.

What company are you trying to transfer your number from? You will need to go through the procedure to transfer your number from your previous provider to Public Mobile.
