re-activation

Hi,

 

How much should I pay If I want to reactivated my account that was suspended about 50 days ago?

Do I have to pay back from the 1st day it was suspended or just for next 30 days from reactivation?

@Chikchat It would not make sense to pay for unused service. PM allows anyone to suspend their service for up to 90 days before you lose account and phone number associated. So, since you are within the 90 days, all you have to do is make a payment to renew your current plan for next 30 days.

@Chikchat  Day 1 of your plan starts the day you make payment. You only need to pay for the cost of your plan.

We have up to 90 days to reactivate our account and select a plan either 30 or 90 days. It is a good benefit provided by PM.  I have done this and I like this option.
