I have had the same problem. I tried Midori in private browser mode and got:
"Midori can't find the page you're looking for
The page located at “selfserve.publicmobile.ca” cannot be found. Check the web address for misspelled words and try again.
Unacceptable TLS certificate"
I am getting less and less impressed - cheap is not everything.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot. If you still have problems then submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

Are you sure it is the right email
Did you signup on store or online? Did you create the self-serve account already?
Can you locate the welcome message (not from community but for the self-serve)
If it's all yes you will need help if moderators
