You can not change your email through my account details (Profile), since the email is your account log in, therefore, it is treated as your user name and can not be change. Wait until the end of your billing cycle then open a new account with the new email.

@fud1983  we are all customers like you and unable to change it for you.  Also, this is an open forum and it is best to update your post to edit out the email addresses.

To change the Login for My Account, please open a ticket with mod using the Bubble on the lower right.

@fud1983 do you have access to My Account?  

You have to login to My Account and choose to Chane Plan..  You have a choice to change it immediately or at the next cycle.  If you are not out of data or min, changing it at next cycle is generally a better choice.
