Hi, so frustrated right now. my account shows an autopay went through today, but no service. So I changed the plan (for a bit cheaper), and the system created TWO additional charges (2 x $40!!). So today I've paid 54.58, plus $44, plus $44, and my wife's phone still doesn't allow an outgoing call. Come on Public Mobile, this is ridiculous.
