my sim card is not working. every time whn i make a call it sai like your call cannot be completed

If not, try
If you are indeed new,
If all of them fails, Ask a moderator (Can take up to 48 hrs, 1 message at a time).
1) Is it a new sim? If old sim, try wiping the metallic side with alcohol and dust free cloth or use some sort of sticky tape to stuck away any tiny particles.
2) If new sim, try to reinsert it into the sim card slot a few times. Did you try the same sim card on a different phone?
