my account locked out

Hi, 

 

I tried my password more than 3 times and I was out of luck, so my account has been locked out so that I cannot even request my password through web site? how can I resolve this issue?

Please send us a private message including your phone number and PIN number and we'll be able to reset your password!

I don't understand your system. What do you mean  ' send us private message'.

 

I am trying to help my husband set up his account. Actually I think he has an account already but we can't get into it. We don't remember the security question.

PLEASE HELP.

How do I change phone plans & credit cards for the payment?

@Totalrookie If you are still wondering; those cannot be done from *611. For plans click Change Plan under Account Status; for credit cards go to the Payment tab and then click Manage My Card.
