missing /30 days when doing a plan change (premaid plans)

@Brooke_C , @David_J, I just went to do a plan change, from 90 day talk and text , to 30 day talk and text,  as there is no incentive anymore for the 90 day plan.

anyways,  when I went to futuredate the plan change, it is missing the  /30. It only says $25 per Days while the current plan says per 90  Days.
