I've been waiting for 3 days to activate my 2nd sim I paid for.
I did not see any warnings about using the same email address for my second sim & now I'm paying for it. My second sim self serve is completely unaccessable & cannot be activated. I authenticated my first self serve account & phone # to find a solution but so far no solutions are available. I have a second email address I could have easily used if I had known how this could disable everything for days. PM please warn people to use a unique email address before all is lost & days of trying to contact Public Mobile will result.
