Password not accepted and password reset doesn't work: "Sorry, you've been locked out. Please contact Public Mobile for help."

Hi @Charms,

 

contacting @Moderator_Team is your only way to get your account login back if you are not able to reset by yourself.

 

you should send them private msg with at least account number, PM login email and PM phone number. if you don't know your PM account number, you can find it in your activation email.

You will need to message a MOD for assistance, click on this link Moderator Team
to send a private message .
In your message please include:
* PM account email address
* SIM card number(if available)
* PM phone number
* Detailed explanation
Community Moderators are available from Mon-Thursday 9am(Eastern) to 9pm(Eastern) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(Eastern) to 7:30pm(Eastern)
