link for new password expired because email is coming too late

hey there!

the email with the link for resetting my password is always coming too late, the link is expired every time. what can i do? i forgot my password and cannot access my Self Serve account  page.

I tried, as you suggested, the reset option again and now I am getting this message:

 

" Sorry, you've been locked out. Please contact Public Mobile for help.  "

 
Lol, I already sent a PM to the Mods here but got no reply so far.
Not the one to complain but really..I have to wait 24 Hrs or so for a reply?
 
I like PM but the support response could be what makes people leave or not signing up.

While you are waiting for moderator to work on your password suggested by ShawnC13.  You can continue to try the Forgot your password link at login page.  You may get a reset email earlier when PM server is not that busy.  Good luck.

Sounds like you will need to contact the moderators to get this fixed. 

To send a private message to a moderator click this link.  In your message please include:

          - PM Phone Number

          - 4 digit PIN (or at least 3 of the following to verify your identity)

                    - account number

                    - date of birth

                    - complete address listed on account with postal code

                    - email address on account

                    - most commonly called numbers

                    - alternate number listed on the account

                    - last payment date and amount

                    - last 4 digits of the credit card

          -Detailed explanation

Community Moderators are available from Monday-Friday 9am(Eastern) to 9pm(Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(Eastern) to 7:30pm(Eastern)

 
ETA:  I just did the forgotten password link and received the email within 30 seconds.  I am wondering if this is a Internet provider issue or email program issue.  I use outlook.com for my email here.
