i lost my phone how can i stop/cancel the service till i get my new phone

And if for sure if you never expect to see the phone again and don’t have a Find My Phone option to see where it might be, you can also buy a new sim, then un suspend your account, register the new sim and put it into a spare or new phone. Registering a new sim will make the one in the lost phone invalid.

Also if you do not find your phone, you will need a new sim card. You can then go into self service to change sim card.

Go into self service and report your phone Lost/Stolen.
