i forgot my email and password i used to set up my account an i would now like to change plan

Hi @MarthaMartin you must have been a Public Mobile user for a long long time if you had forgotten the email you used as username.  Anyway, follow @JoyLuck 's suggestion above to get in touch with a moderator to help you.  You have to be able to prove this is your account.  Good luck!
