You can't delete your phone usage, but your account will be removed automatically 90 days after it expires, just remove your credit card information if you have autopay and don't add funds to the account.

You can't do that.

All you can do is let your account expire and the account will get closed.

As for deleting everything, I suspect that Public Mobile is required to keep detailed records of.your usage for the purpose of helping law enforcement shoild it ever be required.
