If you activated with temporary number you will have to contact moderators to transfer your old number. Your old number must still be active with the old provider

Who changed it? When you activate your service, you are given a choice of phone numbers. Also, I do not believe Public Mobile usually offers phone numbers with the 514 area code. Please answer the quetsion from earlier about if you requested a phone number to be transfered in from your old carrier.

@garyscohen What do you mean by correct number? If you performed a phone number change, that old number is gone. Do you mean that you tried to port a phone number in but typed in the wrong one?
