If @popping 's suggestion fails get a ticket:
the ? on the lower right of this page,
click "Contact us",
click "Submit ticket",
login manually if your username/password are not filled in,
click the drop down menu (in the white area),
pick the topic that fits your issue and follow the directions to submit it,
Response time has been 2 - 5 days so engage a backup plan. Mine is using fongo.com over wifi.
If you need to make a payment dial 611 to use a credit card on file, or apply a voucher.

@ben321My understanding is if you get an error message that the Login is disabled, only contacting the moderators can unlock it. So click on the ? on the lower right hand corner and create a support ticket by chatting with SIMon. Once you think it understands you type submit ticket. Expect to hear from the moderators in a couple of days.
If your service need to be renewed, you will have to rely on 611 and maybe even vouchers if you don't have a valid credit card on file, so plan accordingly.
