can not login to my account

Hi I am not able to login to my account. Can you please assist?

Then it sounds like you still need to create your self-serve account.

Click on My Account top right and on the right side click Create account.

  • I never logged in before. I used the forgot password and it says they will send me an email on how to change password but I never received the email. Thanks

Clear your browser cache and then open a new browser in incognito mode.

Hi @whlilyli 

 

Assuming you've been able to login before, is it the username (e-mail address), or the password that you forgot?  

 

If it's the e-mail, try looking back for the Welcome e-mail from Public Mobile to see which e-mail address you registered with (presuming you have several e-mail accounts and you can't recall which one you registered with...).   Another way to find the correct e-mail address is to click on your icon on the upper right, go under My Profile, scroll down to see your e-mail address that you registered for Community - could be that one.

 

If it's the password you forgot, use the forgot password function on the sign-in page.

@whlilyli   Have you forgotten your password?  Then click the forgot password link and supply the answer to your security question and you should receive a password reset email within minutes.

Did you create the account? If you activated yourself then you would have. If you activated in a store then you need to click on My account top right and on the right side click Create account.

If you've done all that then try the Forgot your password? link.
