Was half way through setup to activate sim and had to put on hold, went to go back and now says that phone number not recognized or cell number either.

Hi @jaimeeg
Session can lock your sim card for 50 minutes.
It's best to use incognito mode for the smoother experience
Also don't leave space in your postal code or use apartment number if you are paying with credit card

@jaimeeg Welcome to PM. Wait an hour from last attempt, clear your browser history, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to activate your SIM card.
