add-ons

I have added the add-ons US Roaming - Talk Text 250 Data (10-day) twice but I can't seem to activate it....help.

@GlennK  did you add the funds to the account and then go in add ons and purchase it?

You can only buy it once which makes me think that you probably withdrew money ( twice) for it but didn't go ahead and purchased it.  You have to go to https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/?PageRedirect=Redi... to pouches it

Do you see the add-on in your overview page under 'My Data and Add-Ons' when you log into your account? 

 

Also if you are already in the US have you enabled data and roaming on your phone?

 

Try rebooting your phone, and manually connect to either AT&T or T-Mobile if your phone doesn't automatically select one.

Hopefully, you're in US because the 10 Day US Roaming add-on will only work whilst in America.

Log into My Account...do you have the value of the add-on sitting in Available Funds ?
