add on was not applied to my account

I was going to travel in the US and purchased Add ons and was charged $23 dollars.

 

the one time fee of $2 was also on top of that.

 

When arriving in the US my texting told me that my current plan does not include US Roaming text messaging......

 

looking at the add on payment it says that I made 2 choices

Unlimited talking text

Unlimited Provincial Talk

 

I went back to Add on payment boxes and can't see unlimited Provincial Talk that I don't think I checked off and trying to figure out how is still comes out to $23 without making the choices to have US roaming????

Maybe screenshot your overview page/ the add on section.  Not sure which adds on were purchased or maybe you just loaded funds..

 

These are the US add ons that could be purchased:

U.S. Talk, Text and Data Bundle
Unlimited Talk, International Text and 250MB Data for just $20 for 10 days
U.S. Talk and Text Bundle
Unlimited Talk and International Text for just $15 for 10 days.
U.S. Talk Only
Unlimited Talk for just $8 for 10 days.
U.S. Text Only
Unlimited International Text for just $8 for 10 days.
U.S. Data Only
250MB Data for $10, 500MB Data for $15 and 1GB Data for $20 for 10 days.

Purchasing add-ons is a two step process.  Make sure you purchase and add it to your account.

Check your CC to see if it was charged, if not I would log into your account and purchase again.
