account doesn't exist

Created an account a month ago.
Had no issues all month with data/phone/texts.

Service stopped today, and site says my e-mail and account doesn't exist..

 

Haven't logged into it since creating it, but I have had no issues either.

Auto-billing was set to happen.

 

Have recieved promotional e-mails to the to the account e-mail a few times over the last month, so it's the correct one on file.

Thanks for the suggestion, but this impacts my phone as well, so it's not a web issue.
