Wrong account number on file

Hi, I'm switching cellphone provider (Telus). I was on the phone with Telus technician and I was trying to transfer my public mobile number to Telus but the technician could't complete the request because the account number on file is incorrect.  

 

Can I someone help me so i can complete the transfer as soon as possible.

Is your phone plan at public mobile still Active?

one way to contact is click the blurb on the bottom right and start a ticket.

Finding Your Account Number,

To find your Public Mobile account number:

  1. Sign in to Self-Serve account
  2. From here, your 14-digit account number can be found in the top right corner.

If you don’t have access to your Self-Serve account, please click here to start a conversation with our virtual assistant SIMon to submit a ticket to our Customer Support Agents.

@KLG86   did you login to My Account and confirm your Account number?

 

it is on the top right.  check again, maybe you just key in wrong the first time.
