Wife online account locked out

my wife's account is locked out and she don't remember the security question PLZ HELP

Actually she needs a login to the community, not self serve. She can create one of those now with her current email address, or if she already has, create one with another email.

Or for that matter send the ticket under yours. They'll find a way to make it work for her. Otherwise, they lose a client.

Could take 48 hours to hear back from moderator, so please be patient. Get a notepad and write down passwords, security question, pin numbers etc.

My wife is horrendous with remembering password so when I setup her account yesterday I basically selected the password. 

but for your issue, contact the MOD.

@lebricYou will need to contact the moderators via the ? icon on the lower right hand corner.. Chat with Simon, once he figure out your issue type in submit ticket so a support ticket will be generated for you.  Be expect to hear from them in about 48 hours.
