Trying to change my wife's plan for her to the $40/month, and also update to new credit card. it charged my card for 7 dollars, and it said it changed the plan. However I cannot see anything about plan details, and when I click to see it comes up with an error saying to be patient, and to try to logout or go to the login page.
Any help would be appreciated.

@ChatoCheney What happens when you dial 611 from the phone. Does it report a balance. Is your account suspended?

@ChatoCheneyTry it after hours with a newly restarted browser with no add ons and clear cache.
