Listed below are the options available with our online Self Serve :

Overview 

Summary of user profile & account information 

My Profile

Edit Profile: Edits to your customer profile 
Change Password: Change Self Serve password 
Change Security Question: Changes to security question in case password is lost 
Change Username: Username is email address and allows for change  

Payment 

Make a Payment: Make a payment with a credit card or payment voucher. 
Credit Card Information: Attach credit card information to your account 
AutoPay: Set up your AutoPay for your account 
Payment History: View your payment history 

Plans and Features 

Plan Summary: Displays summary of plan for account 
Change Plan: Change plan associated with account 
Add-ons: Purchase/view Add-ons like additional data or long distance  
Add-on Usage: View usage of your Add-ons 
Lost/Stolen Phone: Option to Suspend/Resume service 
Change SIM Card: Change the SIM card associated with your account 
Reset Voicemail Password: Reset your voicemail password 
Change Phone Number: Change the phone number associated with your account 
Usage History: View your account usage

@tanya2575, you will need to send a private message to the moderator team and ask them for help getting back into your account.

I couldn't open my account in Public Mobile,because I forgot which  e-mail I used,and password.How I can open my account?

You will need to contact mods. 

For future note start a new thread instead of posting in years old threads so that people will see your post and be able to help you sooner. 

How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?

    • Please contact the Community Moderator Team to get help with you account.
    • They are Public Mobile support employees who can help with your issue (More details).

In your message please include:

    • PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue.

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

    • Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

How long until they reply?:

    • Office Hours: Mon-Friday 9am to 9pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 7:30pm [Toronto Time]
    • Messages are replied to during office hours, in the order in which they are received
    • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
    • There is no need to send multiple messages.

@miguelcruz You just need to register your new SIM in your self serve account. Your current PM phone number is automatically associated with the new SIM.

How do transfer my phone number to another sim

@Benny You order SIM cards from the main PM web page http://publicmobile.ca/en/on/before-you-join.

 

You do create a shopify account in the process but there is no charge for the SIM.
