Unable to login to my account

Hi,

I am unable to login to my online account. I did click on forgot password but when I enter my email address to proceed to security question it does not allow me and provides an error message.

Would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.

What is the error message you are getting?  Is your email invalid??
