Tried to transfer my Koodo number but keeps giving error? When activating my public mobile SIM card it said to transfer my number from Koodo after activating, now it’s not working

@kjrobinson1970 Did using the same e-mail address as your koodo account. I suggest sending off a message to the moderator team as they will be able to access your specific account information. Click this to send them a message

If you are porting a Koodo prepaid number to PM, you need to send a private message to moderator to port your number.  PM prepaid and Koodo prepaid are sharing the same backend.  The automated number porting system treats them as the same provider because of backend sharing by both services.

Moderator wait time is 2 to 3 days.

@kjrobinson1970 Is your Koodo account still active? It needs to be active to move your number.


If you had a Koodo prepaid account you will need to contact the moderators to complete the port, you can send them a private message here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

If you did not have a prepaid account try the port again while using the Chrome browser in incognito mode.
