Transfer referral credit from one public number to the next public mobile number

I have 3 public mobile phone numbers. I get a monthly referral credit for 2 numbers.

How do i transfer this referral credit from one public number to the next public mobile number?

Referrals can't be moved. Maybe the balance can?

You register the referral code at activation time of a new account.

Once it is in place, it is not transferable.
