@shua You posted in an old topic. I have moved your post to a new topic for better visibility. 

To make manual payment, log into your self-serve account and click on payment. You should find a button to make manual payment. Another way to top-up is by dialing 611 from your PM sim. You must have a cc added in order to top-up via 611.
