Text From 611

I received a text from 611 about 40 minutes ago: "Please visit https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/ to make an update to ensure uninterrupted service. (2/2)"

I did not receive text 1/2 so I am unsure what it means. I am still able to login to My Account and it says my service is active.

Thoughts?

Thanks, it's probably the credit card expiry.

@pennerc  so I don't think it's a reminder that your payment is coming up as that message (below) does not say "uninterrupted services"

Do you have a credit card on file? Maybe expiry date is up soon? If yes did you get a new card?...if it's that and card needs updating. Click payment then bottom left manage my card.

@pennerc

  1. Could have been sent in error (ignore0
  2. Your cc is about to expire (change cc info via selfserve)
  3. Heads-up 2 days before your plan renewal (normal)

Log into your account to see when your next renewal date is. Alternative is to dial 611.
