You can go in your self-serve account here..https://libreservice.publicmobile.ca/ and tab PLAN/OPTIONS and you will see PHONE LOST/STOLEN click on it. And when you find your phone clcik on reactivate my account. Or if you don't find it buy a new phone and a new sim and in your account you will be able to change your sim number. Good luck!
