Still locked out of my self-serve account

I recently signed up for public mobile and I have been locked out of my self-serve account. I have been trying for days to get back in but no such luck. I even raised a ticket to be contacted by a moderator and they said it will be 48 hours but it has been 4 days and nothing! My ticket number is =====-559.

To open a ticket with the moderators, go to to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and then type in "rep".

my email: xxxxxxxxx which would have been provided originally when I bought the plan. But now I can't login or register using this email So I have used xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx to get to community help. 

I need my account number, I am unable to sign up for a account access, it doesn't let me.

I also need to reset my email address on file as its not accepting current email..

The moderator should reply to you asap. They are really quick in response

Submit anoher ticket, or if you live/work close to the PM store, you can ask a seller there to check what is wrong.

Try to resubmit another ticket.

If you are having trouble with your services, the next step is to contact a moderator. Here is the link to create a ticket through SIMon: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help   -> on the line "ask me something" write "moderator" -> then click on "account specific question" -> afterward click on "no, I want a human" -> finally you will see an answer "submit a ticket Click me!"    

 

Have you tried the forgot password ?  Also try using a different browser and incognito mode.  Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.
