Hello !

 

I am getting the prompt or message about not having active long distance add on on my cell phone plan even though I am dialing local numbers.

 

it started happening 2 days ago, I can see that my account is in good standing.

 

I was able to call local numbers without any issues before. I have recycled my phone couple of times but no luck.

 

I have $10 plan for 30 days if it helps troubleshooting .

@ashvyasYes it is after 30 days.. or if you elect to upgrade to a higher priced plan, then the date of reset is the date you change your plan manually.

When does it get reset ? Is it after 30 days ?

Have you checked your self serve account? If your minutes don't show it means you've used them up. 

 

If that is the case, the 500 minutes for $5 add on is a great investment for smaller plans.
