When trying to set up my selfserve account it keeps telling my Sim card number is incorrectly. If checked carefully and it is correct. I am unable to create an account because of that

On the other hand, if you are trying to activate your plan, you may encounter the invalid sim number message if you have already attempted to activate the sim card and got stuck.

 

In this case, your sim card number is still locked by your previous attempt.

You will need to wait 50 minutes for it to be released and available again.

In tne meanwhile, you can clear your browser cookies before trying again.

Try using a different browser.  Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.  Wait an hour between attempts to setup your account.

If you activated in store, then you will need to create your self serve account here

but there's no need to enter your sim card number. you need to enter your phone number!

 

If you activated your sim card at home, then your account is already created. You can simply logon here https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
