Set up Self-Serve emails when I am already set up

Hi, 

I am new to Public Mobile and set up self-serve and auto-pay on January 7, when I activated my card but I have received emails from Public Mobile a few times since encouraging me to set up Self-Serve. Can anyone tell me why? Did I not do it properly or is there information missing?

Great, thanks! I am able to login...and then I navigate all the tabs to make sure I am not missing anything. Smiley LOL
