Selfserve page not opening this morning - latest check 10:45AM PST. Anyone else having the same issue?

The promo was made because of the changes made to PM. It depends on the browser. No issues for me in chrome. I tried Opera and had some issues.

Yes sites been laggy and some crashes.

 

Im sure there working on a fix as ive already reported some crashers earlier.

The site is having all sorts of troubles for the last few hours.

Right in the middle of a promo.

Sigh

 

Note to sales and marketing...talk to the tech department to see if there are any changes happening when you want to put on a promo.

Your web site is crashing on a regular bases so I do not know what was done and what was not.  I wanted to change my credit card on my account and cannot find a way to do it without crashing!

I wish I was aware that the fee was not $15 but $15 plus tax as I spent a lot of time trying to figure out why my credit card showed a different amount than my account said I paid!  Having 2 payments coming out the same day for the same amount was also disturbing.  If the web site was not crashing it would have been less disturbing.

It works thanks everyone for ur help!

I had to use my friend master card, as mine was expired and I have not updated my information, and the system did not accept the new one. So when I change the card it works 😉

I could not because my card is not registered and I do not have vouchers! 

Hi they are having lots of issues in self serve today have you tried making a payment dialing *611?

Does anyone has a problem in payment? I have tried several time to pay by entering my card information and it does not work?? Any advise

I had that same issue last night on my Iphone. Logged in on my laptop and it would load. I just googled the account log in and clicked it from the google page so it brought me straight through.

There is nothing you can do because it is on their side. After they fix it, you are able to load it.

While waiting, some basic actions can be performed on your account by dialing *611.

The site is on and off again. PM appears to be making changes on the spot as we speak.

Once I logged in, it was working albeit slowly.
Best to try Self-Serve again later if it's not urgent use.

I have also been unable to load the Self Serve page. I've tried multiple devices and browsers. It's a bit tought to get anything done when my phones not working.

When selecting my account the self service my account does not load

Try using a different browser and incognito mode.  Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.
