@Chichi85, just to add some more detail here.  During activation, you are asked to provide a username which is also your email address for the account.  If you ever change your username, the email address does not change.  You cannot tell as it is not displayed in the self serve.  This is an unfortunate glitch with the system and is a huge security flaw.  As already mentioned, you need to seek moderator team assistance to revise the email address.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution which will be submitted to the moderator team. Refer to this announcement link for additional details on smartforms and the ticketing system for moderator team interactions. Refer to the following knowledge base article for additional information on the moderator team.

@Chichi85 if you want to change the account email you have to ask the moderators and they'll do it. Click on the question mark on the right hand side of the page and start a conversation with Simon the chat bot and get a ticket and the moderators will get back to you soon!
